FACE THE BARRE STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or attending an in-person class at Face the Barre Studio (“the Studio”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Studio Overview

Face the Barre Studio is a boutique ballet studio offering in-person ballet classes, workshops and intensives for adults and children.

All classes are subject to availability and studio capacity.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via the Studio’s booking system.

  • Walk-ins are not accepted.

  • Prices are listed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • The Studio reserves the right to adjust schedules, pricing or instructors when necessary.


3. Class Capacity

  • Class sizes are strictly limited to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.

  • A confirmed booking is required to secure a place in class.

  • Once a class is fully booked, no additional participants will be accepted.


4. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Unlimited monthly subscriptions allow access to eligible in-person classes while the membership is active.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

  • Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or carried over unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Unlimited membership does NOT guarantee a place in a fully booked class. Pre-booking via the Studio's booking system is still required.
  • Unlimited subscription provides access to the studio schedule, which may vary month to month. There may be a periods of a few days up to a week when the studio activities are paused (summer breaks, holidays etc).
  • You will be notified of the potential schedule changes minimum 7 days in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure fairness and smooth studio operation:

  • No refunds are offered for cancellations, missed or skipped classes

  • This applies to:

    • Single class bookings

    • Unlimited monthly subscriptions

Please only book classes you are confident you can attend.


6. Late Arrival & Attendance

  • Dancers are expected to arrive on time.

  • Late entry may not be permitted once class has started, for safety and focus reasons.

  • No refunds are provided for late arrival or denied entry due to lateness.


7. Children’s Classes (Ages 6–8)

  • Children’s ballet classes are designed specifically for the stated age group.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring timely arrival and collection.

  • Children’s classes are drop-off unless otherwise specified by the Studio.


8. Health & Responsibility

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to attend class.

  • Please inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy prior to class.

  • The Studio is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.


9. Studio Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour toward teachers and fellow dancers is expected at all times.

  • The Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.


10. Photography & Recording

  • Classes may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes.

  • By attending class, you consent to this unless you notify the Studio in writing in advance.

  • Personal photography or recording during class is not permitted without explicit permission.


11. Changes & Cancellations by the Studio

  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.

  • In the event of unexpected cancellation by the Studio, an alternative class or credit may be offered.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.
