1. Booking & Payment
Booking for the Tallinn Adult Ballet Intensive is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The intensive is booked via a one-time payment of €585, which secures your place in the group. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
2. What Is Included
Your place in the intensive includes:

All ballet coaching and training sessions throughout the intensive

Light snacks, coffee and water during studio training hours
-
A welcome gift bag
-
Professional photos and videos captured during the week for memories
Accommodation, meals outside the studio and travel are not included.
By attending, participants acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the intensive for personal memories and Face the Barre promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the limited capacity of this intensive and the preparation required in advance (including studio planning and professional photography/videography), all payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or early departure from the intensive, for any reason.
Participants are kindly asked to book only if they are certain they can attend.
4. Transfer of Place
If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their place to another suitable dancer, subject to approval by the organiser.
Any replacement participant must meet the eligibility requirements of the intensive. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be agreed upon in advance.
5. Eligibility & Participation
Participation is limited to dancers aged 18 years and over with a minimum of two years of ballet training. This intensive is not suitable for absolute beginners.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part and for informing the organiser of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect participation.
6. Programme Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the schedule where necessary. Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and integrity of the intensive.
7. Travel, Insurance & Liability
Travel to and from Tallinn is the responsibility of the participant. Flights and accommodation are not included.
Participants are strongly advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Participation in the intensive is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
8. Force Majeure
In the event that the intensive cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including but not limited to illness, government restrictions, or force majeure events), reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative solution.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
